Refunds
Refunds or free rescheduling to another available session are provided if you give us at least 24 hours notice (48 hours for private bookings, please see below). Refunds will be issued minus payment processor fees (1.5 - 3% depending on order value) as Square doesn't refund these so otherwise we lose money on every refund, full value sauna credit is also available as an alternative.

With less than 24 hours notice, we cannot offer refunds or to reschedule appointments unless we are able to rebook your sessions.

No shows are always charged full price.

Private booking cancellations require 48 hours notice for a full refund or rechedullung as these are more difficult for us to rebook.

In the unlikely event that we should need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund. We do operate in most weather conditions, a sauna is lovely in the rain!
