Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking. By booking, attending, purchasing a voucher, or holding a membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Health Advisory & Participation
Sauna and cold-water exposure involve extremes of heat and cold. Participation is entirely at your own risk. Please consult your GP before booking or attending if you have any underlying health conditions.

You should seek medical guidance if this applies to you, including (but not limited to): pregnancy, previous heart attack or stroke, cardiovascular conditions, high or low blood pressure, arterial disease, epilepsy, asthma or other breathing conditions, recent joint or muscle injury or use of medications.

By attending, you confirm that you understand the nature of sauna and cold-water exposure, are medically fit to participate, and will monitor your own wellbeing throughout your session.

Children & Under 16's
No children under 16 years of age.

General Use & Safety
​
We want everyone to enjoy a safe, relaxing and positive experience. Please follow these guidelines at all times.

General Safety
​
Hydration: Drink plenty of water before and after your sauna session.
Session Length: Sauna works best in cycles. We recommend 5 to 15 minutes (20 minutes maximum) in the heat, followed by cooling down before returning. Listen to your body, if you start to feel uncomfortable with the heat, dizzy or faint, gently exit the sauna and cool down slowly.
Glass: No glass is permitted anywhere on site. Please bring a reusable water bottle.
Jewellery: please remove jewellery before entering to avoid burns.
Entrance area: Keep the entrance clear for safe access.
Changing: We are a wild sauna, changing facilities are limited, be prepared to change outdoors.
Hot Surfaces: Do not touch the stove, stove door, flue, sauna rocks, or metalwork. Your sauna host will add wood to the stove.
Wet surfaces: Take care, sauna floor and paths may be wet and slippery, walk carefully.

Group Bookings & Responsibilities
If you book on behalf of a group, you are responsible for reading these Terms and Conditions in full, sharing all safety and health information with every attendee before arrival, confirming that all attendees meet the health guidance.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant for safety reasons, disruptive behaviour, or breach of these terms. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Restrictions
​
Alcohol and smoking or vaping are not permitted anywhere on site.
Nudity is not permitted. Swimwear must be worn at all times.
Essential oils are not permitted.

Loss or Damage
​
St Martins Wild Sauna cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property while using our facilities.

Bookings, Cancellations & Data Protection
​
Please ensure your contact details are correct at the time of booking.
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your session.
Cancellations by you or us will be refunded to your original payment method.
No refunds or reschedules are available for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations and is not sold or shared.

Legal Information
​
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability or death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. All other implied warranties are excluded, and St Martins Wild Sauna is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
